This quick and easy dish will quickly become a family favorite.

You will need:
1 head of cabbage, quartered and sliced
6-8 strips of peppered bacon
2 cloves of garlic
1 small onion, chopped
Dash of Red Pepper Flakes
Salt and Pepper to taste
Secret Ingredient: A dash of yellow curry
Cut uncooked bacon into half inch pieces and brown in a large pot. Once the bacon is crispy, add onions, garlic, curry and red pepper flakes.
When the onions are cooked/transparent, add the sliced cabbage and stir to cover the cabbage with the bacon/onion/garlic mixture. Reduce heat to simmer and cover. Cook for approximately 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately. Second day of this dish, reheated is also a wonderful treat.
