I recently decided to follow in a friend's footsteps and drop processed sugar, bread and pasta from my daily food plan (notice I don't call it a diet!).
The results during my first 30 days (Feb 28-March 27) have been eye opening and I wanted to share the daily ins and outs of my journey in hopes that it may help someone along their journey as well. Please not that any revised eating plan should be discussed with your doctor if you are required to take any medication. I am fortunate enough not to take any regular daily medications. I do not suggest that what I'm doing is for everyone; I'm simply saying it worked for me.
